Someone whose “retirement plan” consists of strong joints, solid bones, and a healthy cardiovascular system - with more muscle and less body fat as a nice side effect.

In an introductory conversation, I gain an overview of your goals and current daily routine. Through a movement analysis, I tailor the training that suits you best. For optimal results, training should be conducted at least twice a week. The YPSI skinfold measurement helps me gain an objective and precise insight into your current body fat distribution. This distribution provides insights into your hormonal balance and allows us to precisely adjust your nutrition, possibly accompanied by supplementation, and optimize your sleep and lifestyle.

Every 3-4 weeks, we measure again, document the progress, adjust your training plan accordingly, and refine crucial aspects around your training. This approach allows us to consistently make measurable progress and ensure that you are on the right path toward your goal.
